Mower Depot use dynamic IP Address determination to detect which country a customer is viewing our website and where they reside. This allows us to display the correct pricing information and shipping charges determined by your IP address and country of origin/residence.We reserve the right to alter or deny purchase where the customer has arrived at our website via a proxy service or where due to the vagaries of the Internet our website has incorrectly determined the origin of the website visitor.
Customers - Please ensure your contact details (including your email address and phone number) are correct. This ensures that you receive a prompt response. We cannot always correct a fault in an email address as it is not always obvious. If you want your parcel left at your front door, we are NO LONGER responsible for your item once it has been delivered.
Orders and emails are printed off every weekday morning, not on weekends. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or Friday afternoon, your order will not be attended to until Monday.
All Australian orders will be confirmed and freight amount advised before shipping or payment. If you are located outside of Australia and order online via the website, postage is charged by our current international rates, which can be quoted (see here for details relevant to our New Zealand customers), please contact our team at info@mowerdepot.com.au for international shipping quotes.
Orders with direct deposit payment method, will receive our bank details via email once items have been confirmed in stock. The order confirmation email will not contain bank details. Do not deposit funds into our account until you receive an email confirming your order including our bank details.
We strive to offer 100% satisfaction. In order to achieve this, we request all the information supplied is as accurate as possible.
We must be notified in advance for all returns. We cannot accept any returns without prior notification. Please email info@mowerdepot.com.au to arrange a return.
If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days, however goods must be in the original packaging, unused and sent at your shipping cost. We will happily exchange, credit or refund. We will not accept returns on "Special Order" items.

CREDIT CARD ORDERING:
www.mowerdepot.com.au now accepts Visa & MasterCard payments via Commonwealth Bank hosted E-Gate. All credit card information is entered directly into Commonwealth Bank's system and we do not have access to these numbers. There is the facility for Visa Verified and MasterCard Secure to ensure the safest payments possible.
Credit card transactions will be processed immediately and in the event of any out-of-stock items, you will be informed within 4 business days. In the event you wish to purchase an item without a price, the order will be emailed to our administration staff who will advise the pricing and complete the order.
In stock goods will be shipped within 4 business days.
DIRECT DEPOSIT/ BANK TRANSFER

An order can be paid for at any Commonwealth Bank branch around the country. If this is the preferred option, we will email a deposit slip to take to the nearest Commonwealth Bank branch. We can only accept cash, money order or EFTPOS with this method. Sorry no credit cards. We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day. Goods will be sent via Australia Post as a registered parcel unless otherwise requested.
BANK TRANSFER
Can be either a transfer from your bank or via "internet banking". We will provide a reference number. We cannot confirm the funds until the next working day. Goods will be sent via Australia Post as a registered parcel unless otherwise requested
CHEQUE/ MONEY ORDER
Once the order is confirmed and finalised, we will advise a total amount which can be paid for using this method.
PERSONAL CHEQUE
If using this method, we will need to wait for clearance from the bank, up to 7 days. Goods will be sent via Australia Post as a registered parcel unless otherwise requested.
BANK CHEQUE
We will send the goods immediately upon receipt of the cheque.

MONEY ORDER
Goods can be sent on receipt of the money order. Goods will be sent via Australia Post as a registered parcel unless otherwise requested.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from date of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.
- Gift Vouchers will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized Voucher Code being filled up and validated as unused, seal and other authentication signs or if tampered.
- Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
- Gift Vouchers are valid only at Mower Depot stores.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision made by Mower Depot is final.
- Mower Depot reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

CURRENCY
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars with your country equivalent eg: (New Zealand dollars (NZD) Pricing outside Australia is exclusive of GST.
All goods must be paid for in Australian Dollars (AUD) as calculated against current exchange rates. Goods cannot be shipped until funds are confirmed to be in our account. An order number will be used as reference.
Lay-By's are available for a 10% deposit and MUST be paid within 3 months of initial deposit. Please Contact staff for details.
